Representative Berkowitz objected. The question being: "Shall CSHB 123(RLS) be adopted in lieu of the original bill? Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 123(RLS) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 123(RLS) was read the third time. Representative Croft placed a call of the House on the calendar. The Speaker stated that the call was satisfied. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 123(RLS) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. Representative Rokeberg objected.
